At D.I.D / DirtStar, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; therefore, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in original, unworn condition. Please ensure all tags remain attached to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure our warehouse team can identify your return quickly.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
